About the Company


"ÌESS” Company has been working in the market of power construction since 1949 year. It specializes in designing, construction and installation of electrical part of power objects: over-head lines, substations of any classes of voltage and switching centres of power stations. The company also carries out emergency restoration repairs at over-head lines and substations.


Since its establishing the Company has gained a valuable experience in the above-mentioned fields. Qualified personnel is trained and prepared to be highly professional and capable of solving problems of any complexity thus leading to a successful implementation of different power projects.

PJSC MESS is involved in the intensive development of the infrastructure of Moscow city, Moscow area and Central Russia.
The company is engaged in meeting many challenges relevant to the development of the power supply systems in these regions.

Qualified specialists from the company lay annualy thousands of kilometres of over-head lines (OHL) thus increasing the consumers’ demand of efficient power supply in both the industrial and domestic fields. PJSC MESS uses the most advanced equipment to produce high quality of work and derive a competitive advantage over rivalries.

Besides the erection of new power objects, the company is also conducting the reconstruction of electric network systems. PJSC MESS replaces the old wooden piers of OHL with ferro-concrete and metal with refined characteristics. As a result, an extension of OHL 35/110 ê on wooden piers was reduced 9 times during the period extending from1984 to 2008.

Three technical bases with ground areas and buildings, located at the following addresses:

• 1 - Moscow, 2nd Kozhuhovsky lane,29/6, the ground area 6530m2 and 4 buildings with a total area 2130 m2

• 2 - Mytischi, Moscow region, Medical str.,4-À,the ground area 22353m2 and 3 buildings with a total area 4345 m2

• 3 - Nikitinsky village, Shatursky area, Moscow region, the ground area 1140m2 and 7 buildings with a total area 506.6m2.

Machinery fleet for the construction(excavators, bulldozers, truck cranes,oil-rigs) and 56 transport vehicles. All the Company machinery is regularly maintained by qualified specialists.
