• 1949 – The department of construction of over-head lines and substations “Mosenergosetstroy” was founded as a branch of the “Mosenergo”.

• 1960 – An industrial-machinery base in Mytischi was built and transferred under ÌESS.

• 2004 – During  the "Mosenergo" reorganisation “MESS” was allocated into the autarkic service company JSC”MESS” with 51% share of the Russian Joint Stock Company "United Power Systems" stocks.

• 2007 – PJSC MESS with its controlling interest of 51 % was redeemed and included into the group of the companies “EnergoTechMontag-2000” – a leading energy constructing company in Russia with turn over about 800 million US$.
